  Adding to my previous review below. 2 years later, and no better. An hour and 30 min to wash a vehicle. Bring your lunch and a cot to take a nap.
  
  Siestal I can say .Instead of working the staff is talking to each other in front of customers. An hour and 15 minutes later my car was done. Not sure how they can stay in business at 4 cars an hour.

  Looks like they wiped my windshield and back window with damn grease!!!! How you going to wash a car for an hour and have it look worse than it did before you touched it?!! I recommend you wash your own car before you think of going here!! Thanks for the not so ULTRA DELUXE!! Never again 1st and last time. Lesson learned!
