  We stopped by here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We only saw it because we came in here as one of the stops on the Gilroy wine stroll. The restaurant is a bit out of the way as it is one block up from Monterey street. But it is definitely worth the small walk. They just serve breakfast and lunch here. The owner Audrey is a very friendly and funny Irish woman with that great accent.
  
  I had the roast beef sandwich and the wife had their half club with a bowl of tomato basil soup. The roast beef sandwich was good with a bit of horseradish to give it a kick. The wife enjoyed her club. Funny thing was that it seemed like the club had more meat on it even though it was a half sandwich and I had a whole one.
  
  But the food is good and the staff is friendly.
